Job Title: Growth Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Your Responsibilities
- Onboarding Realtors: You will identify, recruit, and onboard experienced individual realtors, realtor groups, and emerging realtors to sell the company’s properties.
- Community Building: You will build and nurture a strong, motivated community of realtors who are passionate about selling our properties.
- Training & Development: You will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to onboarded realtors, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
- Retention Strategy: You will develop and implement a robust retention plan to keep realtors engaged and loyal to the Company, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Relationship Management: You will establish and maintain strong relationships with realtors, providing them with the resources, guidance, and motivation necessary to achieve their sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or growth management role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Experience in community building or managing a network of professionals, with a focus on driving sales growth.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Charismatic and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the workings of realtors and the broader real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to persuade, teach, and retain realtors.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth through effective community and network management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster long-term professional relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 – 6 years experience.
Salary
N300,000 monthly, plus commission.
