We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Attend to process trouble shooting in production lines.
- Ensure zero production downtime.
- Knowledge of maintenance of packaging filling, PET Blow mold machines.
- Resolve identified issues related to equipment, issues as conveyors, fillers, shrink packer, boiler, labeling machines e.t.c.
- Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production.
- Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance
- Train team to effectively perform their assigned duties.
- Provide guidance to new team members, on equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly complied to, during repairs and maintenance.
- Manage equipment maintenance and repair budget and cost.
Requirements and skills
- BSC OR HND in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven 5 years work experience in an FMCG (Preferably in bottling Company).
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Sound understanding of safety regulation, procedures and policies with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
