Job Title: Client Experience Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates throughout the event life cycle.
- Promote the image company on the various social media platforms by advertising attractive event content
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple channels.
- Design and implement customer service standards and guidelines to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery for building customer relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, product development, and the customer service team, to align customer experience efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all decorations and setups meet the company’s standards of excellence.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Analyze the success of events and identify areas for enhancement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and products of the company to enhance the overall event experience.
- Train fellow employees on customer-centric approaches and best practices to foster a customer-focused culture throughout the organization.
- Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND in Business Management, or related field.
- At least 6 years of proven experience required.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Ability to analyze and report performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Solid knowledge of various social media platforms such as Instagram, thread, X, TikTok etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for staying updated on event decoration innovations.
