Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Advisor to join our insurance company.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products directly to customers, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance products directly to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience in insurance or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of insurance industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Nice to Have:

  • Industry certifications (e.g. LIC, ACCA)
  • Experience with CRM software and sales technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
