We are looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team and take on various responsibilities. This dynamic role involves supporting the founder and ensuring smooth daily operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between departments to streamline communication and processes.
- Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure no meeting overlaps.
- Help source and assist with hiring and onboarding talents.
- Oversee social media engagement, build relationships online, and create written content for LinkedIn.
- Maintain a well-organized database of company records, SOPs, Important documents, etc.
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Proficiency in using ClickUp for task and project management.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media engagement.
- Comfortable using AI tools for task automation and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Quiet and conducive working environment
- Stable internet connection
