Citygate Global is a registered member of Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institution of Nigeria (AMFIN) and also a registered Money Lending Company in all the States where we operate.

 

 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations:

  • Supervise daily branch activities, including sales, credit, and customer service
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch’s portfolio and customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing branch team
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and MFB policies
  • Identify and mitigate risks.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with at least 5 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
