We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

  1. Educational Technology Administrator
  2. IT Support Specialist
  3. Course Mentor

 

1. Educational Technology Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage ATECH’s online learning platforms and technologies, ensuring smooth operation and optimal learning experience for students and faculty.
  • Support faculty in the development and delivery of engaging online courses, providing training and guidance on the use of various educational technologies.
  • Design and develop instructional materials and assessments, incorporating innovative approaches and best practices in online education.

 

2. IT Support Specialist

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain ATECH’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and network devices. This includes installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software components.
  • Deploy and manage Office 365 services, ensuring seamless email communication, collaboration tools, and cloud storage for all users.
  • Provide technical assistance to students and staff. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and user guides.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 3 – 4 years relevant work experience.

 

3. Course Mentor

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support students in their online learning journey, providing academic and professional advice and helping them navigate the challenges of online education. Facilitate online discussions, create a collaborative learning environment, answer student questions, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.

  • Develop and share subject matter expertise through online resources, interactive activities, and engaging discussions.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree qualification with 3 – 4 years of work experience.
