Job Description
- We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain a high level of professionalism in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement to ensure availability.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
