Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced Excel tasks, including generating detailed report sheets using formulas
  • Maintain accurate records and manage spreadsheets for operational tracking
  • Oversee utility purchases and ensure timely replenishments
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and service schedules for company assets
  • Assist supervisors with the preparation and submission of bills and financial documentation
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
  • Candidates must be a Female and reside in Ikeja, Ojota, Opebi, or Ogudu environ.
