Role Summary

  • We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Business Data Analyst to become a part of our team.
  • The perfect candidate will have robust capabilities in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation, along with the ability to convert intricate data sets into actionable insights.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, producing actionable BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that empower the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
  • Statistical analysis on data
  • Continuously monitor business performance and compare against industry benchmarks. Make recommendations based on findings.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and implement data queries and extract information from databases.
  • Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and suggest strategies to enhance business operations.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of systems, processes, and strategies through data analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of business forecasts and performance reports.

 

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Must have at least 7 years relevant experience
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with data cleaning and transformation, as well as working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of database management and query languages (e.g., SQL).
