Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Customer Service/Social Media Manager to oversee customer interactions and represent our brand online.
- This dual role combines providing exceptional customer service with managing and growing our social media presence to engage with our audience and boost brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, comments, and messages on social media, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Analyze customer feedback and social media metrics to suggest improvements and develop content tailored to the audience’s needs and interests.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, marketing) to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and promotions, aligned with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on engagement, follower growth, and customer sentiment.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, industry news, and customer service best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or social media management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in community management and customer engagement is a plus.
- Computer literate/Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
