Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and goal oriented, self-starter sales professional, who is a strong relationship builder, strategic thinker, adaptable and resilient. He/she will be responsible for handling complex, large-scale accounts and high-value markets. His/Her main responsibilities is to identify new opportunities to expand markets and drive business growth while also enabling increased revenue from current accounts. He/she will conduct market research, build and maintain strategic partnerships as well as nurture relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in transport and logistics markets.
- Market and promote our EV portfolio to prospective businesses.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing top-notch customer service.
- Present and demonstrate EV products/services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on sales goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, business development, B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to business.
