Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B, B2C, and B2G sectors, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize value for both the company and clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 7 – 10 years in business development, sales, or a related leadership role.
- Experience in managing B2B, B2C, and B2G partnerships and projects.
- Strong understanding of market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to network effectively.
- Expertise in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive results.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and delivering them to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work across departments and deliver client solutions.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
