About the Role
  • This a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Executive at Remedial Health. The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for strengthening market presence by planning and implementing targeted marketing strategies for distributors, pharmacies, HMOs, and hospitals.
  • This role focuses on boosting product visibility and maximizing the impact of trade activities.

 

Job Description
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, pharmacies, HMOs, and hospitals.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with trade stakeholders.
  • Plan and implement trade promotions to boost sales.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and refine strategies as needed.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to guide decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on trade marketing activities and their impact.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Negotiate terms and promotional agreements to benefit all parties.
  • Execute trade marketing projects within allocated budgets.
  • Ensure all trade activities are cost-effective and impactful.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align objectives and strategies.
  • Support field teams to ensure seamless execution of trade plans.

Person Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Channel Management or a related role.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales and successfully executing trade marketing strategies.
