Responsibilities:
- Maintaining office inventory
- Coordinate Drivers
- Ensure a sound and safe work environment
- Manage office procurements
- Manage meeting rooms, and ensure proper meeting rooms are set up before any meeting
- Maintain and manage office generator fueling, servicing, etc.
- Manage all vehicle maintenance and fueling
- Must have sound knowledge of fuel reconciliation
- Coordinate all official travel arrangements
- Ensure office cleanliness
- Manage AEDC, Telephone, and other utility services
- Cake and birthday Celebration
- Other assigned responsibilities/duties.
Requirements:
- Must have a Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
