About the Role:
  • This is a key role in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives within the organization.
  • As a business operations analyst, you will leverage data-driven insights to improve operations, enhance decision-making, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • You will be heavily involved in the overall operations of the business while ensuring that the operations and strategies are implemented as we continue to scale and meet the ever-growing demands of our merchants and the business

 

What You’ll Be Doing:
  •  Analyze and evaluate business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  •  Work with the data team to Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Create detailed business reports, including financial performance, partner trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Forecast operational needs and trends to guide resource allocation and strategic planning.
  •  Identify opportunities for automation of routine tasks to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to foster business growth and expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.
  • Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Ensure that all partnership agreements are well-defined, legally sound, and align with the company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute partnership contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Document processes and maintain operational standards for scalability.
  • Support the planning and execution of key business initiatives and projects.
  •  Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with business goals.
  •  Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and other departments to align priorities and resources.

 

What You’ll Need:
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within a financial services environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
