Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated Client Service/Business Development Executive to join our team. You will directly report to the Head of Business Services and will be responsible for handling client concerns, managing projects, and collaborating with other departments to ensure prompt response to all client requests.
- This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Business Services in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and understanding of their business goals
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction
- Attend all client meetings and provide detailed contact reports
- Support in identifying potential new clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as the media and finance department, to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Receive, coordinate & provide clients with timely updates & statuses of ongoing projects
- Collaborate with team members during brainstorming sessions for new prospect pitches, or developing strategies and ideas to build the brand reputation of clients
- Assist in the coordination/management of key deliverables/milestones across clients, with clear delivery dates, accountability/identified ‘owners’, dependencies, and performance against target delivery dates
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree of or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or any course in social science & humanities
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client service
- Experience or Demonstratable interest in client service, account management, or business development roles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Candidate must be willing to work from office (full-time) and with the team
