Job Responsibilities:
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable whilst producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
- Monitor and measure operational efficiency of the organization by detecting and eliminating fraud and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risks resulting from poor controls whilst overseeing account operations.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls (SOP).
- Carryout monthly review on business performance and report same to the management – management account.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Must have a professional certification e.g. ICAN
- Minimum of 7years’ experience preferably within the Facilities Management/ Real Estate industry or related industries.
- Must have served in a leadership capacity.
- Must have prior experience in a facility management company.
- Must possess good communication skills both written and oral with the ability to use MS Office packages
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Awareness of business trends and familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience in cash flow management and reporting.
Salary
- N450,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
