We are seeking an all-star product suite lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights, trends, and patterns.
- Build and implement statistical models to solve business challenges.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Manage ETL workflows to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Set OKRs, define priorities, and oversee projects with team leads.
- Collaborate with product, research, clinical, and coaching teams.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on trends in data analysis and ML.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster team growth.
- Lead research on mDoc data and present findings.
- Collaborate on abstracts and papers for publication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 4+ years in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization.
- Proficient in Python, NLP, ML, MySQL, MongoDB, Google Analytics, and Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Proactive, collaborative, and independent work style.
