Job Description:
- As a Procurement Lead, you will oversee and coordinate the end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services in line with company policy and objectives.
Responsibilities:
You’ll contribute to:
- Coordinating procurement activities to meet company needs and ensuring alignment with policies and SLAs.
- Driving strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives to improve procurement efficiency.
- Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring qualitystandards.
- Leading bid evaluations for CAPEX projects, from tender preparation to contract award.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements:
Education:
- A relevant degree and/or MBA (or recognized equivalent).
Work Experience:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Membership in a recognized chartered organization relevant to the role.
- Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2) will be an added advantage.
