Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and meeting sales targets.
- The role will involve creating and presenting business proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Market Research and Strategic Planning abilities
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Knowledge of health insurance and HMO operations.
