Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
