Multigate is seeking to hire a visionary Brand Designer who will take true ownership of our visual identity. As our brand guardian, you’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on creative force, setting and elevating our design standards while collaborating closely with our Corporate Communications team to bring our brand story to life.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drive the evolution of our brand identity by identifying opportunities for innovation while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity system that scales across all touchpoints
- Partner closely with the Corporate Communications team to ensure brand storytelling and visual design work is in harmony.
- Define and create core brand assets, including typography, color systems, imagery style, and digital components
- Challenge existing design approaches and propose innovative solutions based on deep understanding of brand principles
- Mentor others and elevate the overall quality of design output across the organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, with proven success in brand development or refresh projects
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution
- Experience creating comprehensive brand guidelines and design systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to back design decisions with sound reasoning and data-driven insights
- Strong understanding of modern design principles and current brand trends
- Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with marketing and communications team
