Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Lekki,Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records and receipts of all daily transactions.
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
- Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
- Do daily bank reconciliation
- Monitor bank deposits and payments.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for other departments regarding financial and accounting issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND, Finance, Economics or any related field.VB
- Strong knowledge of working with Xero Accounting Software.
- 3-5 years’ work experience as a Finance Officer in Financial Technology sector.
- Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Extensive experience using financial software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
