Job Description:
  • Are you a skilled and organized project manager with a passion for cybersecurity? Ethnos Cyber, a leading cybersecurity industry, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee critical projects that protect organizations from cyber threats, working alongside talented professionals who are dedicated to securing the digital world.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and security experts, to meet project goals and client needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client expectations and relationships to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in a cybersecurity or IT environment.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery within the cybersecurity or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus
