Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited (IEFCL) is a group company of Indorama Corporation, a global manufacturing conglomerate operating in over 25 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and North & South America. IEFCL is one amongst the ambitious green field projects of Indorama in Nigeria and is the world’s largest single train Urea – Fertilizer plant, commissioned in June 2016. The company, a total fertilizer solution provider, is situated on 38 hectares of land in the expansive Indorama Complex, Eleme, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The Plant has a production capacity of 4000 metric tons (MT) of nitrogenous fertilizers per day or annual production capacity of 1.4 MT. The world-scale plant has been built with an investment of USD 1.5 Billion, a huge Foreign Direct Investment, funded by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and a consortium of 15 European & African Banks and financial institutions.
Eligibility:
- First Degree/HND from recognized universities and federal polytechnics.
- Preferred Disciplines: Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Sciences.
- Year of Passing—2021, 2022, 2023 shall be preferred.
- Age: 20 – 30 years
Selection Process:
- The selection process for shortlisted candidates will comprise an online (technical & aptitude) test and an oral interview.
- Candidates who pass through both stages will be eligible for an internship.
- Interns would receive a paid consolidated monthly stipend during the period of internship.
- Absorption into the regular rolls of the company will be based on the successful completion of the internship program and the vacancy in the organization.
