Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and roadshows to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, advertising agencies, and external agents, to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring optimal performance through coaching, training, and continuous evaluation.
- Oversee content marketing, PPC advertising, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and website optimization to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all leads are effectively managed through the company’s call center, analyzed for trends, and directed to the appropriate teams for follow-up..
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- HND/B.Sc/OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 8years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Professional certification in marketing or business development is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate value chain is highly desirable.
- Expertise in digital marketing, sales strategy, and brand management.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month
