Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Aba.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Promote Erisco Foods products and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Aba market and its business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
