Main Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the commercial and service quality performance of mobile financial services and other ADC, proposing solution to improve it.
  • Improve regularly the reporting system together with back office and IT, making sure that relevant indicators are followed-up, and in a timely manner.
  • Analyze the performance of the mobile financial services and other ADCs, highlight for each channel and for each branch and segment the main achievements and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly mobile financial services and other ADC’s report to management and be diligent in following up on unanswered questions or issues and ensure that they are addressed prior to the next reporting.

Organization & Control:

  • Ensure regular process review and compliance of the activity with procedure and policies. Identify all risks and propose measures to mitigate them.
  • Keep updated risk matrix for each ADC.
  • Resolve structural problems and issues reported by other cross functional stakeholders
  • Support the creation of and make sure all documents (POLPROGUID, forms and templates) in relation with mobile financial services and other ADCs are always up to date and available for the branches.
  • Assess the level of understanding/compliance from the branch staffs in relation with mobile financial services and other ADCs and propose remedial actions (training, coaching, communication…) where necessary.

Cross Functional Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and align on specific product insight and inter-departmental impact.
  • Manage the bank’s real time feedback management system
  • Participate in product discovery and scoping taking insights from data analyzed and customer feedback, pilot and roll out in line with Advans product development model.
  • Participate or propose market studies on financial services to identify opportunities as well as potential threats for Advans future positioning.
  • Undertake User Acceptance test on the enhancements and developments of omnichannel
  • Propose and participate in trainings on mobile financial services and other ADCs and provide training unit with training support for new or existing products and animate training sessions in the network.

Reports and Reporting:

  • Develop and make available reporting tools (daily, weekly, or monthly) for commercial staff and management to be able to track the performance of mobile financial services and other ADCs.
  • Regular (daily/weekly/monthly) analysis of the performances of mobile financial services and other ADCs and share with management.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and data related to mobile financial services and other ADCs
  • Contribute to the ADC dashboard at Advans Group level.
  • Perform other duties and tasks requested by immediate supervisor in accordance with bank’s regulations and policies.
