Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Managing diary commitments, along with client and internal meeting arrangements.
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring data protection policies are adhered to.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Providing general administrative support and handling ad hoc tasks as required.
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum of HND/University Degree in management sciences, or engineering
Skills and Qualities:
- Competent user of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
- Capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality (minimum criteria).
- Demonstrates initiative and confidently handles responsibilities with a proactive approach.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communications skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
- Professional appearance.
