Our hairs are carefully sourced and selected from various donors in China,Vietnam,Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, India,Burma,Argentina


Job Overview:
  • Onyx Beauty and Hair Limited is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and sales, particularly in the luxury beauty and hair industry.
  • This role requires strategic planning, networking, and leadership to strengthen our market position and achieve financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand brand presence and market reach.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to increase revenue.
  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives, including digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and revenue models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings, branding, and customer experience.
  • Represent Onyx Beauty and Hair Limited in an industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Track and analyze business performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably in the luxury beauty, hair, or fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in international sourcing and distribution.
  • Established network in the beauty and hair industry.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
