Job Summary:
  • The CRM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and improving customer relationship management strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves leading the CRM team, analyzing customer data, and implementing initiatives to enhance engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee customer relationship management strategies to optimize customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and guide the CRM team, ensuring efficient execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze customer data and trends to generate insights for strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer re-engagement.
  • Develop and oversee targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to CRM staff on best practices and CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, customer service, or a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for customer engagement.
