Job Summary:
- We are seeking a competent and experienced Data Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, database management, and the Power Platform.
- This role involves developing technical solutions, implementing ETL processes, and providing insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and use automated tools to extract and analyze data from primary and secondary sources.
- Remove corrupted data and fix coding errors and related problems.
- Design, develop, and implement new ETL processes to enhance data loading from various sources.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems, reorganizing data in a readable format.
- Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
- Assign numerical value to essential business functions for performance assessment.
- Analyze local, national, and global trends impacting the organization and industry.
- Prepare reports for management, highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Work with engineers and the management team to identify process improvement opportunities and devise data governance strategies.
- Prepare analysis reports for stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.
- Develop and maintain PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes and improve data accessibility.
- Support the creation and management of PowerApps for various business units, ensuring they meet user requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
- Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and business personnel.
