Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility while aligning with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate user flows and interactions.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- User Experience Optimization: Improve user journeys by addressing pain points and optimizing the interaction between users and digital products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user-friendly designs.
- Usability Testing: Conduct A/B testing and collect feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
- Design Systems & Guidelines: Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency.
- Responsive & Adaptive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for different screen sizes and devices.
- Accessibility Compliance: Design interfaces that meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
