Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage bulk job applications for clients targeting opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and consistently delivers results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit 60+ job applications weekly across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and company career pages
- Track applications meticulously and maintain organized records (spreadsheets/tools).
- Research US job boards and industry-specific portals to identify openings.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends and application requirements.
- Communicate professionally with employers to follow up on submissions.
- Provide weekly progress reports with metrics (applications submitted, responses, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, job application assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with US job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
- Exceptional attention to detail to avoid errors in applications.
- Strong written English skills for resumes, emails, and cover letters.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without reminders.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a functional laptop.
Preferred (Not Required)::
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Understanding of US resume formats and hiring norms.
