Role Overview:
As a Senior Analyst, you will conduct strategic analysis, research, and operational assessments to provide data-driven insights that enhance business decisions and process improvements. You will work closely with associates and managers to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and business assessments.
- Support strategic planning and operational management projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Assist in the execution of transformation initiatives for assets under management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
