- As part of our commitment to youth development, we’re opening up a unique opportunity for NYSC Corp Members to join our team as Sales & Marketing Representatives.
- We are looking for vibrant, driven, and digitally savvy NYSC Corp Members who are passionate about sales, personal growth, and helping fellow Corpers/fresh graduates transition into tech careers through our QA training program.
- As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our Corpers & Fresh Graduate QA Training Program, generating leads, and driving conversions through both digital and physical outreach
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote SQA Marshal Consult’s QA Training programs to fellow Corpers, recent graduates, and job seekers.
- Leverage your personal and professional network (both online and offline) to generate leads and referrals.
- Share promotional materials via WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Attend virtual team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Collect and report feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
- Support interested prospects throughout the application and enrollment process.
- Represent the SQA Marshal Consult brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Must be currently serving as an NYSC Corp Member (proof required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with people and making online pitches.
- Active presence on WhatsApp and at least one other social media platform.
- Access to a smartphone and internet connection.
- An interest in tech, digital education, or personal development is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or marketing (formal or informal) is an added advantage.
