earlySTEMer is an online platform for kids to learn practical technology skills such as Coding, Web Design, and Robotics. Kids learn online, work on practical projects, and get one-on-one tutoring when they need help.

 


Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
  • This individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, managers, and team members, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are important, as responsibilities may evolve to meet changing organizational needs.
  • This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company while gaining valuable experience in administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all pre-sales inquiries from multiple channels including email, Instagram and website chat
  • Handle business telephone lines (SMS, Calls, WhatsApp) and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
  • Efficiently route sales inquiries to the sales team
  • Manage communication between different stakeholders i.e. customers, internal team, contractors
  • Ensure proper close out of each learning session e.g. report collation, sales cycle management
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and orders
  • Perform other clerical duties such as organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, managing company equipment/resources, etc.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is a plus
  • Good use of Office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Time management skill
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Solid experience with digital media applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary:
N100,000-N150,000 monthly.
