Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 insurance sales executives to achieve objectives.
- Responsible for motivating their team, developing strategies to expand market share, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements.
- Manage risks, monitor team performance, and build relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure sales achievement across all Retail Products.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the internal and external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organisation’s profit potential.
- Development and preparation of sales presentations and proposals for corporations, Unions, Cooperative Societies, Associations, etc.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
Salary: N250,000 per month.
