Job Title: Content creator/Social Media Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
A Lifestyle creator who focuses on Personal Growth and Development is seeking a creative and organised Content/Social Media Officer to manage all social media accounts, drive revenue growth, create brand awareness and visibility through social media. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, excellent communication skills, a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update social media accounts (i.e., Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content.
- Research content and trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
- Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
- Develop and Manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains relevant across all platforms
- Create engaging content for all social media platforms
- Manage and grow the creator’s social media presence to ensure brand endorsement deals
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
- Create eye-catching graphics for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials that align with the creator’s identity.
- Organise and edit engaging video content for social media, podcasts, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
- Monitor social media performance and analytics.
- Track content engagement analytics and benchmarks to help determine effectiveness and strategy for future content development.
- Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Handle correspondence and communication.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for -improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in content creation,social media management and administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good use of Canva, CapCut etc
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- A portfolio of published work (if available)
- Proficiency in personal productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficiency with content management software and AI powered content creation tools
- Good Research, data gathering and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary & Other Requirements:
- Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 monthly depending on experience
- It’s a Full time employment
- Proximity to Ikeja is key
- Preferably Corp Members / Fresh graduates
- Female for gender balance
- Ability to Manage self and work independently whilst working Hybrid (most days are remote)
