Role Objective:
- Manage employee welfare and handle escalated client complaints to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Implement employee welfare programs and manage grievances.
- Address escalated client complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and global standards.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a background in HR.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement.
