Job Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage potential clients to introduce our innovative insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
About You:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance, tech, or financial sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
