Job Title: Project Manager (Remote)

Description
- We’re hiring a full-time Project Manager to join the leadership team at a coaching and consulting company founded by a bestselling author and strategist.
- You’ll be the right-hand to the Operations team, ensuring everything from launches to content to internal workflows runs like a machine.
- You’ll take strategy and turn it into structure: timelines, deliverables, accountability, and follow-through.
- This is not an assistant role. It’s a leadership and logistics role.
Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining project plans from strategy docs or verbal briefs
- Assigning tasks across the team, following up daily or weekly as needed
- Running weekly standups and reporting project status
- Ensuring content like YouTube videos, IG posts, emails, and podcasts go out on time
- Checking quality and confirming nothing is missed
- Managing timelines for launches, campaigns, events, and content rollouts
- Notifying Sandra of red flags or delays (only when necessary)
- Supporting the Ops team with backend coordination and systems
Requirements:
Ideal Background:
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, client operations, or digital marketing execution
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Extremely organised, self-directed, and able to manage across multiple departments
- Familiar with project management tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp
- Experience in a remote or international team is a plus
- Bonus: experience with online business, course launches, or service-based teams

Compensation
- N300,000 – N350,000 Naira/month (full-time role)
- Remote (must be based in Nigeria)
