Job Purpose

  • To provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Managing Director for optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, travel, and appointments
  • Handle confidential correspondence
  • Organize meetings and take minutes
  • Coordinate special projects and reports.

KPIs

  • Timeliness of task execution
  • Calendar and logistics accuracy
  • MD satisfaction and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or Secretarial Studies
  • 4-6 years of work experience supporting top executives.
  • Sex; Female (preferably).

  • Professional communication.
