Job Description/Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activiies to ensure seamless workflow and schedule adherence.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet set targets and deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate production teams to optimize productivity and maintain high quality output.
- Interpret and manage Cutting lists with precision for efficient material utilization.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality control standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage inventory and raw materials supply to prevent shortages or production delays.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, sales teams to align production with customer expectations.
- Monitor machinery and equipment, coordinating routine maintenance and repairs.
- Uphold health. safety and environmental standards across all production operations.
- Prepare and submit periodic production and operational reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relatable field.
- 3- 6 years hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in furniture manufacuring.
- Proven expertise in reading, interpreting and executing Cutting lists..
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills,
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of production workflow, quality control systems, and HSE regulations.
- Excellent communication, planning andtime management skills.
- Ability to thrive and remain productive under pressure.
