Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Old Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, system and procedures in line with company values.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans and facilitate inductions for new recruits.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and develop training and development plan.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Organize and coordinateperformance management processes
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
