Job Summary

  • We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agents to join our team in the fast-paced world of e-commerce. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 2 years of experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product information, and account issues.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, guiding them through the e-commerce process.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
