Job Purpose
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
- Helping line managers deal with organisational, people, and change-related issues
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement effective recruitment and selection programmes that are cost-effective
- Ensure Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety
- Community relations and Liaison
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Liaise and provide advisory to the HOBs, interact with Internal departments and Internal operations to ensure business continuity and result
- Management of Talent within the system
- Management of Induction programs
- Ensure all employees participate in the mid/end of the year appraisal
- Give feedback after the recruitment process
- Organized training for natnudO staff members
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
- Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organisational Development is an added advantage.
- Professional HR certification, CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is preferred.
