Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will act as a key point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support through phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Assist with inquiries and appointment scheduling.
  • Resolve complex customer issues while ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality protocols.
  • Offer guidance to customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the system, ensuring accurate records for follow-up and reporting purposes.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately to ensure swift resolution.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements, training, and tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience with BPO customer support is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information while adhering to compliance rules and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
