Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and analytical Content Strategist to develop, execute, and manage content strategies that align with our brand voice and drive engagement, conversion, and business growth.
  • The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, skilled in content planning, SEO, messaging architecture, and performance measurement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a cohesive content strategy that aligns with marketing and business goals.
  • Conduct audience research to identify content needs, preferences, and behavior.
  • Plan and manage content calendars across web, email, blogs, social media, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketing, and comms teams to create high-impact content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user experience across all platforms.
  • Analyze content performance and use insights to refine strategy.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
  • Create and maintain a content style guide.
  • Stay current with content marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or editorial roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Ability to manage communities and projects.
  • Understanding of brand positioning, tone of voice, and user personas.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
